HORRIBLE PLACE! Worst pet groomer i have been to. Super expensive and terrible service. They are so unprofessional that they cut so deep into my poor dogs paw's bloodline that it bled and my dog is wheeping constantly.

Friendly staff, good quality and professional.Jerry is a fantastic and professional groomer! He really cares for my dogs and they look forward to seeing him. He does everything he can to make me and my dogs happy.Highly recommend him for your dogs.

Took my little dog for grooming. Groomer did a great job and my dog made a new friend with him. Very polite. They even called the vet on my behalf to make sure my dogs shots were upto date.

Clean and well organized pet store. I bought all my dogs’ foods and snacks from here. Staff were nice and professional and genuinely care about dogs. My dogs have the best grooming experience with this store. This is the only place that I would take my dogs.

Thunder is a Labrador and loves Jerry! He has been grooming him for the last year. He is patient and loving with him. His cuts always look great and he smells wonderful. It’s a great convince that he comes to us!!! He truly loves his job and it shows. I highly recommend him. It’s been a great professional experience. Thank you Jerry.

Brought my Himalayan cat for the first time to get groomed and Vivien and her groomer were very professional and responsive. I will definitely be coming back.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! OWNER VIVIAN CHAN IS A SCAMMER!!!!!!!SHE SELLS FAKE AND REPLICATED PRODUCTS FROM CHINA CLAIMING IT IS AUTHENTIC AND PROMISED IT IS BUT IT IS NOT.I asked if the product is authentic and she promised that it is 100% authentic through private messaging. I checked the item quickly and was trusting the owners words. Little did I know that she LIED and refused to let me return the item. She said I am the scammer that will switch out her product with a fake replicated item. She sent me a picture of her own before I purchased the item so she is able to see the product I am returning is identically fake as the one she owns.AVOID THIS PLACE!!! WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY SELL OR DO TO OUR PETS!I AM REPORTING HER TO THE POLICE FOR FRAUD AS I HAVE EVIDENCE OF HER SELLING A FAKE PRODUCT SCAMMER HER CUSTOMERS.

Avoid this store at all costs!!! If you care about your pets, do not EVER go to this store. This is the worst pet store/ groomer I have ever been. Terrible service and horrible products. Go to more legitimate places like Petsmart. This store is super shady and sells fake stuff that can poison your pets!! BEWARE!
