Since we moved to Canada few years ago this is the first time we went to a jewelry store. Because so many storys about jewelry stores not treating good. But Maharaja jewelrs proved it wrong by providing great experience and Customer service specially by owner, staff and Noor who helped us. And Thank you so much for giving the best gift to our son (Kada). Thank you again

Worst experience a racist went there to purchase jewelry for a family occasion and this personI owner of the shop refused to serve and said no cannot show you !! I asked why not? and said im busy dont have the time! Sat at his computer didnt get up in front of his associate who was witness there was 2 other ladies in the shop as well and we were the only customers at the time. Very bysist. It is 100 percent true with other people comments, they only serve Punjabi people and thar is facts, a week before I tried to buy something and it was busy bit a single person looked my way. I returned the following week and got this treatment .Rude, unprofessional and hostile, such bad behavior to me and my daughter. Absolutely horrified how this behavior goes unnoticed in canada, disrespect to women and in general. Worst experience and horrible experience. Lucky I didn't report to BBB.

Please don’t waste your time going there by watching videos over internet.So, I asked this guy to show me one band and I also showed him the picture and he asked me are you buying anything today, I told him i want to see first then I will buy. They didn’t had that particular band, so that Okay…then I asked him I am also looking for hoops for my mother and he said the hoops are show cased on the wall you can see from there. I told him I want to see closely that’s why I am here. He ignored me by saying its range from 600-800 and again he told me you can see it from that wall.. I just left that shop and not going back again. Very poor service

Was happy with my shopping for jewelry. The girl was very pleasant, gave her input, and helped us buy stuff to our satisfaction. What was good was the discount sales was still on!

We also have bad experianc. He is very rude and don't know how to run the business. His prices of makisg are so high. Today he threatened us that he will call the police. He has good relation with them.. , They will come and caught me and my husband up. My son was so scared after i went to different places to ask the price of my things and heard that people has a lot of complains about his price and behavior..Don't trust on his videos and sales

Worst customer service experience ever had. DON’T VISIT TO THIS STORE LOOKING AT VIDEOS ON TIKTOK OR INTERNET. They are not the kind of persons shown on internet videos. The guys working there are very rude and unprofessional. Instead of asking customer what they want to see he asked are you going to buy or just here to see the size of the rings. They are rude and judge the person kn the basis of their looks and do not focus on their work asking what customers needs.
