Never have I been treated so rudely. The sticker for creamy avocado is with the sauces. So that's when I asked for it. When I was told I have to ask for it at the beginning, I questioned why the sticker was at the endOnly to have the employees go off rudely and start arguing with meWhen I was leaving, they were clearing speaking about me in their native language

You know, I read the reviews of this Subway and thought that people were making a bigger deal of things than they actually were. But I visited here recently, and was kind of surprised at how bad it was. The employees don't listen to the customers at all. They continue on with a personal conversation while building an order. They forget what you've ordered, and ask you the same question multiple times. Customers aren't the priority here, and it shows.

I was in behind a gentleman who was recipient of rude behaviour from the one of the staff. The customer had some specific request on how he wanted his food but the staff member was outwardly frustrated and rude with the man who obviously had little kids he was trying to consider in his food and drinks. Told him he couldn’t have more than 1 fork and telling the other staff he should be charged for small plastic cups. He became pretty aggressive in his demeanour. The staff member was rolling his eyes at other customers when they wanted too much toppings and then proceeded to give a s’mores cookie instead of oatmeal raisin. I would suggest this person get out of customer service and the food business if he can’t be polite and patient with the customers.

Pulled in at 840pm. with family, 2 younger kids. Bought 4 sub meals and told the attendant we were traveling, went to sit down we were told he was closing. Got in the car at 853pm had clearly time for us to eat but forced to eat in car.What a terrible experience to close early and turn lights off.

I have been here quite a few times, and after my last visit, I will not be back. I should have walked out of the establishment when I saw dried up, old, rotted tomato slices stuck to the side of the container that they were kept in. That container had not been cleaned in many days, just disgusting. Needless to say, I didn't put tomatoes on my sandwich.This made me worry about what I was unable to see. I'm sure this place is riddled with bacteria. The head office should pay a surprise visit or, better yet, the Health department. The spinach was wilted and starting to rot. In addition, I have a hypersensitive sense of smell and kept smelling dirty, wet towels while my sandwich was being made. Once I unwrapped my sandwich, I realized the smell was coming off of the food board that the sandwiches were being made on. The wrapper stunk of that horrible smell. It made me lose my appetite. It stunk of the dirty towel they used to wipe down the food prep board, just disgusting. I will never be back again. This place is disgusting.

Stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday in August. Very nice open room (removed the seating) and it's easy to maintain distancing with the other customers. I used the bathroom and I didn't need to ask for a key, even though I had just walked in and hadn't bought my meal yet. Nice and quick service (I'm sure they'd be great on a busy day) and tasty food. Full racks of chips and lots of bottled drinks too. There were only 3 or 4 cookies left though, minus the 2 I purchased. I recommend this place.
