UPDATE 17APR23:Integrity Roofing did respond to our calls/email and it was their preference to issue a refund due to our dissatisfaction with the work completed.************We hired Integrity Roofing to repair a leaky skylight at our recreational property in Blind Bay in August 2022. Understandably they were busy but agreed to do the work, after waiting several months we had closed our property for the season prior to them doing the work in October 2022 when we weren’t there. We paid on time for the work completed $1,522.59 however when we returned to the property this Spring and inspected the work it was not done well or satisfactory. The frame the the skylight sits on is made from a piece of lumber that shouldn’t have even been sold, it framing is crooked, the interior surround has been cracked, there are gaps not filled, the skylight is scratched, new roof tile was not installed around the flashing. We have called several times to discuss and they refuse to return our calls. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

We recently had our detached garage/shop roof done with gutters by integrity roofing. Josh and Jason were great. Price was right on quote and Jody from the office was easy to deal with. I recommend using them.

Installation was great, but cleanup poor. I spent several days picking up nails from my lawn - hundreds of them. Also the plastic strips on the underside of every shingle that overhangs is coming off in little bits and a year and a half after installation I'm still cleaning that stuff up. Top notch installation but poor work on the details. Wouldn't recommend.Edit two and a half years after installation:Every time the wind blows, I am reminded of Integrity Roofing. The plastic from the underside of all the shingles around the edge of the roof is slowly starting to come off. Now they are incessantly fluttering in the breeze with a crinkling sound like a candy wrapper. This sucks.

Integrity Roofing has been there for us with various issues we have had, it was a no brainer to go with them for our roof install. They really know their stuff, they are consistent, communicate well and always willing to answer any questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend them! They will not return our calls, it's a terrible way to run a business. We are not laying blame just want the problem fixed.Not sure if us being seniors has anything to do with it. It's too bad there's not a negative star because that's what they deserve.
