The lady working at the MicMac location was so helpful and kind unlike the Lady’s at the Halifax location who were very rude and unhelpful and told me to go to MicMac instead.

What has happened at this store??? Used to have amazing staff and great customer service. Now it is a disaster. The Store is a mess and staff don’t know anything about the product or how to do anything! I’m going to be shopping at the Halifax location from now on.

I made a purchase on the website because it said curb side was available. My order was ready in less than an hour I called to set up curbside and they said they only offered it during covid. I explained I had a sprained ankle and couldn't walk around the mall. Charlie was able to set up a time and door to park at to do curbside. I called her when I got there. She was out in less than 5 minutes. She even had to make a second trip for the reciept. She was sweet and friendly and happy to help! Very good customer service.

Very few items on display. You had to tell them what you were looking for and they brought out one tray at a time for your viewing. Very time consuming. Not a place to browse when you're trying to decide on a gift for someone. We ended up leaving frustrated.

I was picking up something I'd called earlier in the day to have set aside. Walked in the store and was greeted. They put my name down for a sales rep. Within 3 mins had the order picked up and was at the checkout. They make it easy and quick and that's why I continue to use them.

Staff were helpful and visit was successful. They didn't have the charm I wanted, but helped me find something else that worked.

A year ago I would have said it was the best Pandora store in the region. They had the best staff and always had what I was looking for in stock. Today is a 180. The store is physically a mess. The staff have no idea what stock they have and next to no product knowledge. Im not sure what their deal is but it aint good. Save yourself the grief and just go to Pandora Halifax Shop.

I went in today and was helped by Michelle B. I met her for the first time but she was super nice and helpful. I believe she was the only reason I found exactly what I was looking for. I will go again for sure just because of the service provided by Michelle B.
