CABIN: Barber and Gentlemen Supply

Horrible experience, the barber completely missed many spots on my fathers face when shaving the beard.When we saw that later and came back, the barber completely cut up a spot on his jaw and his lips with the razor and still failed to remove all the hair.Not one apology received.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at Cabin in Union Station was so exceptional that it deserves a five star review. I was greeted by very friendly staff, offered a complimentary espresso (which was quite good!) and had a wonderful haircut from Jack. Jack was very conversational, knew exactly what I was looking for, and gave me a very speedy but well-done trim. He also offered a complimentary clean-up of my goatee, which was very kind. Very reasonable prices for Toronto, and superior customer service. It’s hard to find such great service these days — thank you Jack and the crew at Cabin!

The people running the place are certainly nice but the cut was honestly really bad, I booked for a beard and hair and had to stop the guy after my beard in fear of him ruining my hair too, I gave clear instructions of what I wanted and by the time he used a trimmer way too high on my beard there was no going back. Above all that he left a big rash on the underside of my chin and still had the audacity to give me his business card. Thereafter they still charged me nearly $35 for this “service” (just the beard no hair with a big red rash)Overall don’t recommend, I didn’t wanna cause a scene so I paid left but after this experience I doubt i’ll ever go back. Since this place has good reviews overall maybe my particular barber was just bad, or the reviews are all fake.

Daniel was amazing from start to finish, you can tell he has a lot of experience and had no problem at all cutting my hair, which may be hard since it’s so straight.Recommend him 100%

I had an excellent experience at Cabin. The staff was friendly, and the service was impeccable. This is my first time using Cabin to get a haircut and I can honestly say I highly recommend this business for your men’s hair grooming needs. My barber was Daniel and he did an amazing job with my hair. He cut it exactly the way I wanted it and took extra care in styling it as well. Daniel did outstanding work and I am definitely going to be a repeat client.

Went to see Dan for a hair cut and a beard trim. WOWThe amount of effort he put into the smallest details was amazing. Will come see him to get me sharp for my wedding next month.Cabin is a fantastic spot!
