Very friendly staff and have a good variety of footwear! The staff is really good at their work and getting an appointment with the Chiropractor is easy!! Got mine and hubby’s both orthotics here.

I would like to give zero for their customer service. The attitude of the receptionist is unacceptable. She needs to work on it. She has no sense of how to talk to the person. If she is on her phone working with another customer, she should help her first. She was not listening to me completely. Apart from this, adding please, thank you, gestures like this will help her in dealing with customers. But I couldn’t find such gestures in her. I think this is important if you are working as receptionist. Moreover, it ruins the customer’s mood as well. Guys you need to work on it.

You must need to order orthotics and you can't just get check up as they don't get $500. Insurance must regulate these businesses. Don't recommend.

The words might not justify the amount of support and care I received from bramalea orthopedics. There was almost no wait time, the service was excellent. The staff was so welcoming especially Tamanna. She’s very cooperative and treated me effectively. I would highly recommend Bramalea Orthopedics for any kind of foot issues. Great work, friendly and helpful.

Do not go there . They will charge money from your insurance company but they will gave you nothing. Be careful before going there.
