Westgate Flower Garden

I ordered a brunch of Deal of the day for my son graduation. Because we need the flowers in early morning, i have to order one day before, overall, i am not recommend order before the day, because of the packing is not allow to more water to let the flowers stay live and the wrapping paper soaking the paper!

Sandra and her team are a dream to work with! So talented, thoughtful, and incredibly dedicated to her craft. We have ordered flowers from them many times and have always been blown away. We still get messages and compliments about our wedding flowers! Sandra put together the most beautiful custom bouquet for me, including exotic flowers from my home country. Such a thoughtful and considerate touch that didn’t go unnoticed. So grateful to have found such an amazing florist for our special day and beyond. I would recommend her beautiful flowers and work without hesitation.

I have gotten flowers many times from this shop, often walk in, and have mostly dealt with Sandra herself on my visits. I don't know if she recognizes me when I come in as my visits are usually quite spread out, but I've seen her interact with people who are clearly her regulars and it's a delight! She remembers so much about them and truly cares. Everything I gotten has been exactly what I asked for and stunning. Always friendly service, and the shop itself is so cute. The people I have gifted the flowers to always have complimented them highly and ask where they're from. There is another florist closer to where I live now, and while their flowers are perhaps of similar quality/also very very nice when I needed to grab one in a rush one time, I will often make the trip to the other side of town to get them from Westgate. I also worked in my teenage years in the pet shop across the parking lot and walked past Westgate frequently coming and going, even when I clearly wasn't likely to be a customer given my age and uniform, Sandra always smiled and waved if she was about which stuck with me to this day.

From start to finish, Sandra made the entire process so simple and stripped away all of our questions and worries in our first visit. Everything was very affordable and she absolutely blew us away with her work. We simply showed her a few pictures of what we were looking for and she created for us exactly what we wanted and more. We received endless complements on our flowers throughout the day and they were the touch that really transformed our venue into our dream wedding. We could not imagine a more perfect experience and product than we received !

I bought flowers from them to be delivered for my daughter's birthday. They look nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed.This being said, I sent an email explaining this. Sandra took the time to call me in Ontario and we talked. She is a friendly person to deal with and made a special effort to help me. My daughter received a new arrangement later that day.For my future orders I will call and order from Sandra. Thanks so much for everything.

One of the worst florists I have ever been to, if you want fresh flowers do not go here. My boyfriend got a bouquet for me and I noticed some of the flowers were quite old and beat up looking, she also went over his budget without consulting him. I talked with the owner and she said she picked them all herself, which is quite bad considering the condition they were in, as the owner she should do better. After talking with her she agreed to replace the bouquet, well after picking up the replacement today I am even more disappointed, the flowers look even older than the first bouquet and she has done some very questionable things like cutting the sepals off the roses which makes no sense. At this point I will never go here again, do not recommend going here and will be advising people not to go here.

I just wanted say how much I love Sandra and her beautiful flower shop! Her bouquets are always beyond my expectations! The love and care she puts into each flower creation is definitely evident. I also admire and respect her love for her community, and all the many ways she contributes to make the world a better place!

I recently had a family member passed away and ordered 4 floral arrangements from Westgate Flower Garden. I have to say Sandra (the owner ) is friendly, warm and unbelievably attentive to detail. The floral arrangements were delivered to the funeral home the morning of the service and they looked amazing. It was going to be such an emotional day and Sandra said , “Do not worry, I will put 100% of my love and attention “. She did not disappoint. Thank you very much for the beautiful arrangements.

Sandra and her team always provide excellent customer service. I came in last week to order a bouquet for my friend's wedding ceremony and the bride could not have been happier. She didn't want to put the flowers down. Sandra went above and beyond my expectations - she came in on on her day off so the flowers would be fresh for Sunday pickup. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much! <3

I ordered my wedding flowers from here for our September wedding. They went above and beyond in styling my bridal bouquet and all the other flowers for my reception and ceremony. They knew the colours and type of style I was going for and I trusted them to roll with it and I’m so glad I did. I was so impressed with the outcome and also the friendly and professional service that they provided. I would definitely go with these guys again to supply flowers for any of my event needs!
