Grape Escape Wine Tours

We came down for my birthday and for our first Wine Tour ever, it was so memorable! Pete was our tour guide and he was so kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around for the duration of our tour. He opened my doors, brought our purchased wine to the car for us and gave us great advice that has changed our perception on wine and hosting. The wineries we visited were amazing as well as the staff we interacted with at each. Such an amazing experience and a birthday I will never forget. 10/10 see you in the summer!!! <3

We had Chris B. as our guide and he was amazing! He had so much information about the wineries in the area and was such a kind person. We went to 3 amazing wineries and had so much fun. Could not recommend this tour enough. He also gave us great recommendations about the area for restaurants which was so nice! Thank you Chris:)

From the first initial email I sent all the way until the tasting was over, booking a tour with Grape Escapes was so easy and seamless. We did the private tour with lunch with 10 people and we thought the cost for this was excellent--you get your money's worth for sure! I particularly loved how Grape Escapes and the lunch restaurant paid attention to our dietary restrictions as we had a couple people who needed some changes, and it was no issue at all. Shoutout to Jim our tour guide who did an excellent job taking pictures, driving us around and giving us lots of interesting facts! We also really enjoyed the wineries we went to, and we all bought multiple bottles of wine. We are already looking forward to booking a tour again! Thanks Grape Escape team, you made our weekend amazing!

When I tell you I had the time of my life on this tour. My husband and I ended up the only ones which was very cool. Our guide Peter was so great, patient, and enthusiastic.My God the wines.... My husband who formally claimed he wasn't a fan of wine and didn't like red left a different man! I swear he enjoyed it more than I did HahaAll the wineries were lovely. The staff were awesome. Never felt rushed or pressured.There is no way you can leave disappointed!

We loved our afternoon using the pedal assist e-bikes! We did a self tour where we visited several wineries and explored much of Niagara on the Lake. Our entire experience with Grape Escape was top notch, beginning with an easy and efficient checkout that included several great suggestions for places to visit. Our bikes worked beautifully and were very easy and straightforward to use. We rode around for 6 hours and felt as if we could have easily continued for several more- an experience well worth the money! We will use Grape Escape the next time we come to town and suggest it to others as well.

Mr.Chris was an amazing. 10/10. Wine was good too. Cannot recommend doing a wine tour with Chris from Grape Escape enough!

I arranged a delightful private bicycle tour that included a scrumptious lunch. Our tour guide, Graham, proved to be absolutely fantastic, exuding a remarkable blend of friendliness and expertise. The selection of wineries we visited was truly exceptional, and the lunch experience at Caroline Cellars surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend Grape Escapes for their impeccable planning process, which made everything incredibly smooth, and ensured that my group had an absolute blast.

Such a great afternoon made even more lovely by how accommodating they were for our group. We were delayed by our bus almost 2h and Rich made sure we caught up to the rest of the group, had our bikes ready, and scheduled in a last minute stop to make up for the winery we missed. Absolutely recommend! Our tour guide Chris was great!!

Excellent value. Not only do you get to experience three unique wineries, but you also get a tour of the beautiful town by bike. Thank you Kevin, our tour guide, who was knowledgable, friendly, and went above and beyond. Recommend going on a weekday if possible as weekends can apparently be crazy busy. Highly recommend as the best bang for your buck if you're a wine fan while in Niagara.
