Hit a pothole on the 40E service road. Tire was punctured. Freezing outside, dark and snowing. We called Mtl RRS and Nathan was with us within 15 minutes. Had all the tools I did not. Very polite and friendly. We were on our way much quicker than expected. He charged so little, given our situation, that it felt more like a friend had done me a favour.
