We recently used Real Estate Lawyers.ca and unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We were not advised until 4pm on the day of closing that we would need to provide funds up front to close. In total we were given 3 drastically different amounts that we needed to provide to be able to close and use our bridge mortgage. We spoke to three different contacts on closing day, none apologized or offered any way to resolve the issue. They recognize that they should have informed us earlier that funds would be due but said there was nothing else they could or would do. By this time it was 6pm.We have still not been offered even an apology for all the trouble this caused. We should of had an entire weekend to move, instead we had to move in less than one day, in the middle of one of the biggest snow storms we have seen in years.Communication on closing day and after was horrible. We are left to pay for the interest on the bridge mortgage from Friday to Monday which we didn't even use.I understand everyone makes mistakes but I can't understand why nothing was ofter to help us with the situation they caused. In my experience an apology goes a long way. This was all mentioned to the manager Tea as well.Next move I will look for a different lawyer.

Our real estate agent suggested we use Real Estate Lawyers. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The remote signing is great, as you do not have to worry about being at an office during these challenging times. I would recommend them.

Real Estate Lawyers did an excellent job and great service would definitely recommend! The process was very smooth, organize and the best was very convenient to do everything online, we do not need to care how cold the weather was. HAHA!!! The best thing is the lockbox for the keys provided by the courier and the flat lawyer fee is included. Monica and Tea are a professional. The confirmation everything is right and clear. Theresa, Greg and the others are a professional and response email throughout the process. I will work with you again if I have chance, very convenience. I like the technology especially signing with Zoom.
