Service was much better 20 years ago with the older ladies working the cash. As well, the floor clerks look angry and a few times were rude when asked for help. They look like students who can't wait to get out of school.

The worst customer service, very long waiting time, despite that my prescription was ready and no clients were waiting, I waited so long, even the doctor was so agressive. I'll never return!

I have been going to this Jean Coutu location since moving to this part of the city 11 years ago and have nothing but good things to say.From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with smiles and politeness.I find the staff, starting with the people stocking the shelves, to the cashiers and pharmacist, to be extremely helpful.Nothing but nice things to say..continue the good work...smiles, politeness and assisting the customers in any and all ways do make a difference.

My girls went to buy nail polish. It was priced on sale for 4 dollars when they got to the cash they were told it was 11 dollars. They made a mistake with the pricing and they did not honour the price. Very disappointed as most places will give you the price if they are the ones to make a mistake.

One star is the MAX I can give for the people in front such as the cashiers, but the phama prescriptions center at the back. I was hoping to find an alarm to set off once the clerk became rude with attitude,I regret transferring there from another pharmancy THINKING I would get better service. Wrong again ! Now in search mode againPLEASE THREATS DO NOT WORK FOR ME....IF YOU ARE INTELLIGENT. MAKE THE PROPER MOVE. THIS IS NOT THE MOVIES THUG LIFE

Horrible! I will travel further to another location and avoid coming back to this one ever again! Long faces, very tense environment. Older bald man starring me down like I stole something just cause I was taking time to find the right product and moving a few items from the shelf. Felt very uncomfortable and clearly not welcome. Unacceptable behaviour and judging by other reviews, I’m not alone. How does a Franchise allow this? Staff clearly unmotivated stemming from poor management.

The worst service you can get. I've been a client for 20+ years me and my family and we always managed to stay even while being treated like garbage. The service and the staff are direspectful and seems like they do their best to give you the worst experience possible. I finally changed pharmacy and since then I feel like everything my new pharmacy is doing for me it's like they are going above and beyond their line of work to help and give you an amazing service. I feel special and appreciated. My new pharmacy is Stephane Morin Uniprix on Lacordaire Couture. If you read this transfer your prescriptions over there you'll thank me later.

Horrible pharmacy to AVOID, would put 0 star if I could. I used to be a worker there but not for long since it was too painful, irritating and mostly sad to see how bad they treat their employes... ESPECIALLY PEOPLE OF COLOUR!! The manager is terribly rude, the lab is slow, unprofessional and they make customers wait over 30 mins for nothing. Since it's mostly a family/related staff, there's no chance for you to be heard if there's an issue since it's all of them against you. Good luck if you want to work therw and if you're a customer you should definitely switch pharmacy.
