This is by far one of my favorite stores! I admire how welcoming and knowledgeable everyone is here. The positive energy, lack of judgment and authenticity of everyone that works here always leaves me feeling extremely content and taken care of. :) I have and will continue to recommend this store to any and everyone!

Of all the places to go, this is the absolute best! Great selection of products! The staff are always happy and ready to answer any questions.They follow all safety protocols and this is by far the safest place to shop. I would like to add that I 100% support a company that is standing by their employee who is medically exempt from wearing a mask. Despite this cruel world she always has a smile on her face and makes my day everytime I come in. For anyone uncomfortable with her help, she offers to leave the floor, not that it should be necessary since she keeps more than her necessary distance, but she respects and cares about her customers.Thank you for being so great fiddleheads! Keep up the awesome work!

The staff member who served me was not wearing a mask so I will avoid this store until this pandemic is fully resolved.I did respond to the reply that implied that the staff member could not wear a mask. I suggested that a face shield then would be appropriate and that we all really dislike these masks. The staff must protect themselves, us and the community. This is a community effort and we can beat this without causing the shutdown again of all of these stores if we just comply to local bylaws.

I used to love this place for its smoothies but it’s not consistent. Oftentimes things don’t taste right because they forgot an ingredient. I’ll only order if Melissa is behind the counter, because she’s the best.Today I was ignored by the person making smoothies. She was too busy unloading products to even acknowledge me so I left. Train your staff better. Manners matter and so does quality control.

I have been a customer of Fiddle Heads since 16 years. My experience in every location of Fiddle Heads have been nothing short of spectacular. Since the opening of Bridgeport location I am a regular customer there. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.They take their jobs very seriously. The place is always very clean and sanitized. I never had any issues there. From the greeting to the service I always left the place with a smile on my face even on my bad days. If there were 10 stars I would have given 10 stars. Thank you everyone who work there for making my shopping so fun and enjoyable.
