Georgian Towers Apartments

Poor service! I made a appointment a day before and wanna see one bedroom apt in the building. But when I arrived during my 1 hour lunch break. There was no body! I called the first time no one picked up. I wait 20 mins and finally reached their staff! Without any apologizes and she showed me one unit. But I booked two units. When I asked,she said: you can’t see it today!I was so disappointed! Will never come back

I have lived in this building since it was built. The current manager is extremely kind. The only complaint that I have is that the elevator is constantly broken. Other than that, I love the view of the north shore from here!

Property was managed ok with previous people. However, it was bought for development and now under management of Wesgroup, who have been awful at managing this property.Locks break, parking gets broken into, garbage is a mess, there are suspicious mid night move-ins and management straight up asked me recently if i still live in the unit. (I was surprised to say the least as I assume one should have records on everyone living in the bulging).Building manager doesn't do walk through as most building deficiencies have to be reported to them and usually met with surprise. All of the problems so far could have been noticed if regular walks around a building are done.I do not recommend this building to anyone.

Constantly broken elevator

Poor service and incompetent building managers, that don't do anything.Awful living conditions, lack of safety measures. Plenty of illegal move ins, issues that don't get addressed and other. Don't recommend living here at all.

I have been living in this building for more than one year and every time I come in or have some inquiry, Silvana helps with everything she makes me feel like home, very helpful and kind, she takes good care of residents and treats like family.

I lived in this building since 2015 and I had complained about elevators but since Wesgroup has taken over they fix the issue right away each time. Moreover the building manager is very friendly very hardworking always smiling, since she started I see lots of change in the building like garbage area is always clean and washed in regular basis.It’s quite old building and they just took over so can’t accept more but she’s doing pretty good Job
