I would not ever recommend this specific clinic. I had been going to this physical clinic for over 20 years. I have been through several audiologists and had been happy with all of them. The best was before it became Listen Up and eventually HearingLife, with Lydia Kruek. It was just convenient to go back to the same area after she left. With the latest audiologist, Mayra, I did not feel comfortable with her at all. She was always rushing, so much so that she would leave the parking lot even before I left after the final appointment. The hours at the clinic are not very friendly. The receptionist is not very friendly and has a terrible attitude. To make matters even worse, when I receive the last hearing aids I was not given all the information and was not provided with the latest aids as approved by WSIB since they are the ones that provide the hearing aids for me. I went to another clinic and they have since given me the latest hearing aids. Please find another clinic, you will be disappointed if you don't. I would have given them a zero if it had been available.

Sandra, the owner, is very competent, professional, knowledgeable & display lot of patience in her treatment of patient and addressing their concerns.I was very impressed by her.I would recommend her services without hesitation.Shahid.

The parking at the office building they are located in isn't good. Apart from that, very nice and knowledgeable people working there. They set up my dad's hearing aids perfectly.

Joke of a service waited two weeks for hearing aid too get reparied David Is incompetent stiil never got it repaired from this place finally got it repaired from.another heating life I recommend too never go there would give zero if had option

I came here for a hearing test and the staff were very friendly. would reccomend
