All of the staff at Done have been incredible. They take the time to get to know my needs and go above and beyond every time. Product selection is great and it’s incredible to have the lines of skincare they have available in our town. The environment is relaxing and feels like coming home with literally everyone knowing your name.

This shop is one of my favourites. They don’t pressure you to purchase more items or services. They carry great products, especially the Eminence skin care line. It has been a game changer for me, best skin care line I’ve ever used. When I lived in town they would continuously hand deliver any products I purchased online, and often it was same day delivery. They are very helpful when I ask any questions and always included samples of products, which are a great way to see if I like a product or not.The services they supply are great. I have seen Stacy for facials over and over as she is great at her job. I have seen numerous different hair stylist (Joelle & Julie, and in the past Michaela & Caitlin), and continue to make the trip out to Niverville even though I don’t live there anymore. I recommend this salon!

UPDATE JUNE 2022:The talent continues. I just changed my entire hair color about a week ago. Today, I get a follow-up asking how my hair is. I assure you, this Salon (specifically Karen and Joelle in this instance) continues to excel in customer service. I've never had a better experience than at Done. (And I've tried A LOT of places in my life)This Salon is next level forward thinking. When they were forced to close due to COVID, they immediately began offering ‘diy’ color kits. The owner, Karen, includes step by step instructions AND offers to FACETIME if you’re unsure of anything. The customer service far surpasses any other Salon I’ve ever been in (and I’ve been to a lot until Done opened)If you’re looking for a place to support during this gong show pandemic, I recommend them all the way. #donehairskinandnails

Amazing place! It is a very beautiful salon and the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to! I got a pedicure by Stacy and I love it! Definitely coming back!

Got a hair cut and a beard trim. Julie is an amazing stylist. Great atmosphere. Very affordable. Even with the price of gas, worth the drive from Winnipeg.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, feels like you're among a bunch of friends. Prices are reasonable and they never rush you out. From haircuts to dye jobs to low lights, I've been a fan of the results every time Karen or Mikaela.

I splurged on myself this week. I had my hair cut & colored also a 90 minute spa treatment ... Wow ... incredible staff, wonderful shop & every moment was relaxing & pleasurable. For a small town, who needs to go to the city ... what a wonderful 'find'. Highly recommend.

Joelle at Done was so great to work with! She was personable, listened to what I was hoping for and just ran with it! She gave her suggestions for cut and colour and the final hair colour and cut have turned out amazing! I will definitely go back to see her again!
