I must say that 1 Pro Movers is the BEST moving company I have ever worked with. They were simply incredible in every way. Kind, courteous, and professional, as well as extremely organized and efficient. They made a difficult move from Burnaby much easier. I can't recommend these guys enough. If I could, I'd give them more stars. Matt and his team are simply outstanding. They carefully dismantled and reassembled everything. They really made it simple. They were also extremely cautious with all of our delicate items. These guys come highly recommended.

The owner of 1 Pro moving company was very attentive to my concerns about the move and how I wanted my furniture and personal belongings handled during our first meeting to discuss moving into my new Burnaby home. They scheduled a time that was handy for us for them to come to where I was living and observe what was required as well as how they would handle my move.I must say that the owner and his team of movers were nothing short of courteous and professional in all that I desired and expected. We had a wonderful time during what we had presumed would be a stressful move. James and his team were punctual, efficient, and excellent communicators. We booked more people and a larger moving truck because we knew we had a lot of furniture and other items. The movers were exceptional. Extremely polite and careful with our items to be moved. They will be used again on our next move. My sister will be moving early next year, and he will as well. Tarek and his team were outstanding. They were quick and courteous. I had no trouble carrying a large amount of heavy furniture up several flights of stairs. Excellent with our dog, who was curious about everything they were doing. Professionally packed all of our furniture so that nothing was damaged. I would strongly recommend 1 Pro Moving. We will undoubtedly use their services again the next time we relocate.

To summarize a long story, 1 Pro Moving Company Burnaby did an excellent job with our relocation. When I asked for a quote, the representative I spoke with was professional, clear, and detailed in what they could do for what price, and answers to further queries were prompt. The movers themselves arrived on time on the scheduled day and quickly wrapped and packed our belongings. It was truly amazing how fast it was. They were quick and efficient in moving everything to the new location, carrying everything up three flights of stairs and the couch over the balcony. Nothing was damaged and everything got to where it needed to go. If or when possible, I would use them again in the future. Customer service is the foundation of this local moving company.
