They truly care about their customers and it never goes unnoticed. Not only do they provide amazing customer service but, their craft is even better. Sheldon is a true professional at what he does, and the quality of his work never disappoints. I've had several pictures framed with his business over the years and I am 100% satisfied every time. His shop offers a variety of options to choose from, so what ever you envision for your photos, he can bring to life for you. It is rare to find a business who can provide a quality product and outstanding customer service, and for me that is what will keep me coming back. I had a great experience at Frame of Mind. I had 1 very large and 1 medium size piece of artwork framed. Sheldon asked questions and made some suggestions which I would not have thought of. I brought in a Scottish landscape print, of Highland hills and wandering shadows, and Sheldon worked with me closely to create options ranging from a sleek minimal frame to an antique oak casing. I was thoroughly impressed by his creativity and his know-how. I would recommend Frame of Mind to anyone who cares about physical beauty.

Sheldon, at Frame of Mind, was so helpful with framing a photo we took, while vacationing in Paris. We were provided with various options for matting and frames and with Sheldon’s knowledge chose a very unique frame and matting, which beautifully complimented the photo. Sheldon also explained the different glass options and helped us to pick one, which will help to keep the photo in mint condition for years to come. We’ve hung the artfully framed picture in our entrance, as a reminder of our wonderful trip to Paris.Frame of Mind’s craftsmanship is impeccable! I would highly recommend this company.

I had a beautiful painting that I bought in Cuba that Sheldon was able to stretch for me. The painter didn't leave much of a border to allow for stretching without losing some of the painting, and other large stores told me I'd lose inches of painted space, but Sheldon did a lovely job of making it work on a thinner custom frame in order to maximize the amount of picture that I got to keep. I am very happy with the service he provided. It's not cheap, but the quality of work was excellent.

The people here are just so super amazing! They display a real sincerity for the service they provide and are extremely passionate about what they do! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to capsulate memories or art or anything that fits the bill. These people are kind and caring and show a genuine interest in what your looking for and are extremely knowledgeable and they will take the time to find exactly what it is you're looking for! I brought a painting of my grandma's to be framed here. I was told that they could have it done in about 4 months. However, 2 weeks have passed since bringing it in, and I got a phone call today saying it was ready for pick up!!! I'm amazed at the customer service quality and final product! 10/10 recommend bringing your business here!

It was a pleasure working with Sheldon from the very the beginning. He took his time during our consultation despite a line of customers forming behind us. We had very little experience with picture framing and so we trusted Sheldon’s guidance. We ultimately went with his suggestion and we're really glad that we did. Sheldon has great taste and we definitely trust him with our future commissions. It took about 5 months, as estimated, but well worth the wait.
