Excellent care for our pup. All staff were friendly and helpful. Took time to make sure we had our instructions for post operative care and great followup phone call.

Great vet. They are loving kind and helpful. You really feel like they care and listen. They helped my bunny Bernard Bethnal Bunns Esquire and my kitten clover when they were both feeling bad and gave my old Bunns a new lease on life (he is running around like a baby again) and fixed up my Clovers poor itchy tummy. Your furbabies will be safe in their hands.

It's so wonderful when people who love their jobs take care of you. We had never used the clinic before and felt very comfortable and cared for. True compassion for animals and their humans. Kudos to everyone. Highly recommend.

Excellent care for my cat when she was having urinary and dental issues. Explained things in great detail regarding my cats dental needs and future plans for treatment. Love this vet and clinic. I'm so glad I switched!

I really don’t have enough great things to say about this place, and all their staff. From my first phone call and every phone call since they have always been willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions (because I always have so many) and help my animals. I have brought my two ferrets and my puppy to them for the last 3 years and put all my faith everyone there. I know that they really care about their patients and are not going for the money grab. Dr. Julie and all the staff has earned my trust and loyalty for as long as I have my furry family. It is worth the 20mins drive from my home to see them, my pup actually gets excited in the car when we pull up to the parking lot.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Julie… she took amazing care of my ferret, so respectful, I cannot thank her enough for what she did for us and our fur baby. Thank you again.

Happy fella leaving the vet ... I am so pleased with my overall experience with Dr Jessica and her wonderful team! They are German Sheppard/large breed friendly and I am so thankful for the patience, care and compassion they have shown my GSD Joe ... Not to mention their attention to follow ups and detail (after a not so pleasant experience elsewhere). Office hours might be the only obstacle you face but well worth the challenge.

One of the best vets I've been to. I currently have two rabbits and a cat. If you own rabbits, I'm sure you know the struggle of finding a knowledgeable rabbit vet, but Dr. Julie is just that. She has always shown compassion and genuine care to my animals. She's knowledgeable on rabbit nutrition which is a big plus.She is also always gentle with my rabbits which was a concern of mine after a bad experience with a previous vet.The office staff themselves are always very helpful and kind as well. Whenever I've had to call with an emergency, they've done their absolute best to fit me in.Overall I very much recommend this place!

Ferris Lane Animal Hospital is an absolutely wonderful clinic with staff who genuinely care for their patients and customers. I recently had a pet Dr. Julie was seeing pass and the team was kind enough to send out a hand written letter expressing their apologies for my loss as well as making a donation to the OVC pet trust fund in Toads name. I highly recommend bringing your pet to this animal hospital, Dr. Julie and her staff are beyond wonderful and will treat your you and your pet like a second family!
