Tech-Pros (formerly Tech Squad)

Used to use them for my computer needs and he was good but maybe he got too comfortable. Last two times I needed help 1) wouldn’t return my emails and 2) brought in an iPad and assured me he fixed it - was adamant in store not to let me try it to see if the issue was fixed. I was in a hurry so I didn’t push to make sure and no it wasn’t fixed so he lied.Took it to another place and they had to replace the whole jack to get it working.If it’s beyond your capacity to fix something you need to tell the customer not lie and charge me for it too!! Will never be back!
