Ordered mobile, waited for 20 min, turns out I was just unlucky enough for them to be so caught up with other orders that I didn’t get mine. But overall 10/10. To the guy who ran out into the parking lot to get me, in my opinion, you should get a promotion for handling that so well.

Went in to buy a gift card, waited while two employees gossipped about another and then finally finished by telling me to line up behind the person who came in after me. Left without buying gift card

Clean, nice, and overall exactly what I would hope for. I know that a Tim's isn't going to be SUPER nice, but I honestly just think that this place is overall really great.

The younger staff cannot even make coffee the way you asked when ordering always putting the wrong amount of cream and sugar. I thought coffee was their main job for Tim Hortons but obviously they don't care about their customers

the morning crew at the location is very disrespectful and unprofessional. the girl working the cash was a sweet lady but she really didnt listen to my order as she messed every part of it up. and then i get yelled at accross the store because im grabbing a double cup and that id have to be charged (10cents) like cmon people. maybe instead of shouting accross the store saying ughhh we charge for double cup" simply and POLITELY state the fact there is a charge for the cup. and next time id be aware. anyways i hate this location always trouble and under experienced staff. have a good day."

Normally the service at this Tim Hortons is very good, until recently. I ordered 2 dozen donuts during the evening to be picked up the next morning. When my husband went the next morning, the donuts were not ready. I called at 10:30am to find out what happen, they said the person should not have said the donuts would be ready that early in the morning. Since we still needed the donuts for work, I asked the supervisor that two dozen be put aside and we would pick it after work. We went to pick it up and there were no donuts put aside...ugh! There was not enough donuts to make up two dozen either. So we had to drive to the Boundary location to get it. Very disappointed, especially since I was dealing with supervisors. No compensation offered for TWO mistakes made. Considering we drove there twice for nothing, something would have been nice, just saying! Gas is not cheap!

Not only was the guy working the order counter completely incompetent in how to do his job, but the staff at the food prep counter were incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I asked if my food would be almost ready after I had waited 10 mins for 2 items and watched 2 people who placed their order after me receive their orders first, the women working the food counter thought it would be a good idea to complain about me under her breath after her coworker had told me it would just be another minute for my food. The staff needs not only further front end training but also customer service training and an attitude check.

My partner was buying an ice cap for me for work and after not hearing my partner speak in drive thru, the employee said to them “you’re going to have to use your big boy voice” while giggling was audible in the background and from the person taking our order. I have no idea what my partner did and they were too embarrassed to order my drink correctly so we accepted the wrong drink so we could get out of there. I have no clue what warranted the comment or laughter, we had not said or done anything other than ask for the ice cap.
