I came to the pharmacy today looking for sterile water for an injection I had to have today and Samuel was so helpful. He called the Tillsonburg Hospital and had it delivered to the pharmacy. Samuel was very patient and kind and gave great service. I don't even live in Tillsonburg and am not a regular customer and he still took the time to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you so much Coward PharmaChoice and Samuel!

My Son was looking for childrens graval for his son. The so called qualified pharmacist" had none and when he asked if an adult size broken in half would suffice

I had a horrific and mortifying experience at the Tillsonburg location. I have a MEDICAL EXEMPTION and I cannot wear a mask. I was talking to one of the employees there that I know. We had a quick conversation and when that conversation was over I continued my shopping and listened to 2 employee's be-little me and talk smack about me. I decided to confront them and explain to them my exemption and an employee continued to be-little me tell me she is not comfortable breathing the same air as me. She said I make them uncomfortable -but how do you think I FEEL? I continue to be treated like garbage over a condition I was born with. You have NO IDEA what it is like for me to wear a mask, let alone what my condition even is. I will not be shopping there again. How can you talk smack about a paying customer well knowing they are close by and then be-little them and drive them to tears. Absolutely DISRESPECTFUL and DISGUSTING behavior from grown women.

Amazing service today from the pharmacy at Coward. They went above and beyond to fill my sons prescription, when no other pharmacy offered to help. This was our 3rd stop, but in the future will be the first place I go!Also did some shopping in the store and the prices are very reasonable here. The store is well stocked. Highly recommend - this is small town service at its best.

We have used Coward Pharmacy for many years. In the past, we were confident they would answer questions and help any way possible. Recently, our experience was not so pleasant. Rude pharmacist and aide. Never in past years have we ever had this type of treatment. Very disappointed. We will be choosing a new pharmacy.

Up until today we were content with the service we experienced with Coward's. However, calling today to refill my prescriptions there was a misunderstanding with our deductable, rather then choosing kindness over confrontation, to help me better understand or work together to find s solution, (I was confused but, also kind). Charles chose to be condescending with strong, unpleasant undertones and it felt very confrontational. Being authentic, I have very many medical conditions that leave me physically disabled, but one of which includes complex ptsd. This type of response from someone who works in health care, is absolutely unacceptable and not supportive, helpful or conducive to ones healing journey and will likely result in us finding a new pharmacy.Misunderstandings are natural, and 100% expected. However, being egoicly rude to people who are very ill is seriously the worst experience for any patient who fighting to survive.I've spoken to my health care representative and they have interviened because they do infact cover my deductable, and though I do understand misunderstandings happen. Charles was so focused on being right, at my expense, and unwilling to hear what I was trying to explain, that i feel this needs to be said. I shouldn't have had to experience the poor treatment I recieved today over the phone while the owner was out of the country.I normally dont make effort for reviews, so i really hope this experience is addressed. No one should be made to feel so insignificent as i was.The service prior to today has been satisfactory, but i won't be returning to a space that doesnt make me feel emotionally safe.

This is one of the best stores in town when it comes to pretty much every overall category. They're chocolate and candy clearance bin at the checkout and the aisle right behind that. What a horrible company. I would rather drive an hour away and choose another location. The new general manager has appalling customer service skills and should not be running a business. This location has gone downhill and it is shocking how people are treated but this women. WE ARE ALL PEOPLE! Learn some respect, especially during this difficult time. If you can't understand that and be civil with your customers and possibly your co-workers(I am assuming that do not like you as well) then please find another job. Your behavior is disgustingly horrendous.

Pharmacist had a real ‘personality’ on him. I get people can have bad days, but you probably shouldn’t take it out on people that are trying to shop at your store.

Went out of the way to get my baby girls medication that she needs. Out of stock everywhere but found a pharmacy with it. Thank you
