OK this was a super fantastic experience. It scared me so much because I had to let somebody have access to my phone but I trusted the company so I did it and we were able to troubleshoot a very simple issue without someone having to come and be here. I’m very grateful that it was taken care of so quickly as it was my bad that was not Correctly. I highly recommend people use this to try and troubleshoot from your side before we get techs out to deal with the issues.

NSMburnaby has been my mobility and equipment go to for years. As a disabled professional woman, I rely on my equipment to show up for work every day. As a quadriplegic, I have many equipment requirements. Over the years, while they were formally known as Advanced Mobility and through their transition to NSM, the staff, the technicians and the service reps have been absolutely amazing. From Valerie, who pretty much runs the organization to all of the administrative staff, and the technicians, the service, the attention to detail and the responsiveness to sometimes unimaginable requests has been exceptional. Your in great hands.
