Not happy with the service at all the younger staff there are usually friendly and helpful the owner is not and is only out for money not customer satisfaction. Asked them to hold a gecko for my girlfriends birthday for a week(as I have a fractured back and my mobility is limited) was told it would be there, went not 3 days later and had to break my girlfriends heart because they sold it on her. Terrible customer service terrible customer loyalty very snobby pet store in comparison to the others in the area will definitely never be going there again and will be making sure I tell anyone I know with pets to not use them either.

Where i usually get my pet supplies, service is usually pretty friendly and a wide variety of products and diffrent pets, its there i purchased my budgies. I also get fish filters and fish food here as well, tons of parking as its in a mall. All in all a great location for your pet needs

Staff is incredible, I couldn’t find anywhere in midland or surrounding area to get the nails done on my two very small pugs. I called them and I was able to get them done right away. They were so great with my dogs I highly recommend to anyone

Very kind and welcoming, the employees are always willing to help and answer any questions :) I love going in! All the animals seem very happy and well taken care of here. The shop has a really nice selection of quality foods and supplies, some of which I can't find elsewhere in penetang/midland. The grooming area is safe and the groomers are very kind, they treat the animals with care and do their best to ensure you and your pet go home happy! :)
