Brighton Pet Cremations

Our dog passed away last Friday. He had been with us for more than 12 years and had never been separated from us since day one. We wanted to be with him at the last minute. It was very hard to find a private cremation service we could be present during the process due to the pandemic. Fortunately, we found Brighton Pet Cremation. We drove more than 150km from Toronto, but It turned out it was worth it. Denise was very nice when we called on Saturday and described the service very clearly. The price was very affordable and a good quality urn was included. We scheduled at 2pm but when we got there at 1pm everything was ready waiting for us. Denise was quite nice to our other dog and took care of her when we were with the passed-away dog in the other room. Dennis operated the machine but he allowed me to put our dog into the chamber and push the button. I could also collect the ashes with him. This really comforted us. He explained every step in detail. This place provides compassionate and professional services and the cutometer service is wonderful. They treat our pet with respect and dignity. I 100% recommend the service.

Very professional, well priced and timely.Gave me all the info I needed, was only half of the price that my vet was asking for the same service and they Didn’t even ask about payment until after they’d already dropped my animal back off to me only 3 business days later.10/10

Would highly, highly recommend!! Denise was kind, caring and compassionate with us. We were a mess but after talking to Denise and leaving our beloved cat with her, we felt at ease. She treated our cat with love and dignity. Denise went above and beyond for us with a clay paw print and ink paw print that were perfect. There are not enough words to express how much we truly appreciate and trust her. ❤

Denise you are truly amazing. You have made an extremely difficult time easier. We are in bowmanville and were so thankful your dad was able to come to the house and pick up our little girl after Greenway Hospice left. Having her delivered back to us quickly is so appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about the service provided by Brighton Pet Cremations. Our kitty Franky Beans had to be put to sleep unexpectedly this year and we initially were waiting for the people the vet uses for cremation when we were recommended Brighton Per Cremation. I called and spoke with them, and called the vet right after to tell them my plans had changed, that we would be taking Beans to Brighton. What with the unexpectedness of everything, the vet bill, etc, it ended up taking longer than I'd have like to pay everything off, which I'll apologize again here for! They were lovely to have interactions with, and they gave Franky the dignity she deserved for her last journey. We have her remains in a beautiful urn with her photo and an engraving, a perfect cast of her perfect paw, and a lovely certificate. It doesn't bring her back of course, but it is comforting knowing she was treated with care and affection. Thank you for that Brighton Pet Cremations, and for your patience. Today of course we had a terrible awakening to find a dear pet had passed away overnight. Being a weekend and away from our normal vet office. We were unsure how to handle the situation. After calling I received a prompt response from Debbie (I believe was her name) and had the situation handled seamlessly. Thank you for your assistance during this difficult time.

My sweet boy passed away in the early morning hours on Sunday. I called Brighton pet cremation super early on Sunday and spoke to Denise…without hesitation she said I could bring my little guy in and he would be taken care of. I instantly felt relieved. When we got there her father was so kind and answered all the questions I had and showed me the steps and how they would handle with care my sweet Sammie. It felt like I was giving him to family to be taken care of and I couldn’t be more grateful for that feeling of trust during this difficult time. I just got Sammie back today and I am so thankful to have him back home so soon. Thank you so much again Denise and Dennis. I highly recommend this place! They made this difficult part of the grieving process easy and were so kind. <3

We can't thank Denise and the staff enough for the amazing service they provide. She picked our sweet boy up from the pet hospital and had back him home with us in a couple of days. Denise went above and beyond and we are truly thankful for the compassion, care and tenderness she showed us and our boy.Our lives have changed but we are now whole with him home .Thank you, ❤️
