We got #003 Beef Dry Noodles, #009 Beef Noodle Soup, and #112 Grilled Beef Meatballs. The dry noodles were served in spicy peanut sauce and topped with delicious beef slices. I thought I could handle spicy food, but here, I think the medium is just about suitable for me. Beef noodle soup also had a lot of flavours but was a little too spicy for my taste. The meatballs were a recommended dish but tasted a lot like what I could make at home. The server was friendly, and the meal was very filling. We got free drinks, I think because we were the only ones dining in. I would like to visit again if I am in the area.

I ordered the Dry Noodles with beef. The noodles were fantastic and the flavouring was really good, also had a good kick to it with spice. I wasn’t a big fan of the beef as it didn’t match the great quality of the noodles. (Reasons for a 4 star)The service was also fantastic and will sure to be back to get the noodles

Wuhan Noodle 1950 is one of the best restaurants I've been to here in Markham. Their food is always fresh, tasteful and presented well. The owners provide great customer service and are friendly. For the price, the portions here are great and leave you full. Everything about this place was fantastic. The ambiance reminded me of a small, but modern restaurant in Taiwan, the service was very kind in explaining dishes and making recommendations, the speed of the food arriving was so quick. The best part however was the food, absolutely delicious, particularly the dry noodles. Definitely coming back!

Food was fresh and tasty. The hot level spicy was just right on the beef noodle soup. Also came with a free pop drink!

They sell very chinese style noodles :)It made me feel like experiencing the food I saw on chinese dramas which was nice.I liked beef spicy noodle. Veey simple ingredients but peefect soup taste.Good price

Wuhan Noodle 1950 (Markham) is a small, popular, and cozy restaurant that serves its signature dishes.The beef hot dry noodles are my favorite, with a slightly spicy and flavorful sauce that complements the beef well.The crawfish hot dry noodles come with only three small crawfish, which is not a great value for the price. They were also too spicy for me, but those who like spicy food may enjoy them.The pork rib and lotus root soup was decent and paired well with the noodles and vegetables.The three delicacies bean curd skin was different from what I have had before. It had layers of glutinous rice and meat filling, while I'm used to having everything mixed together. However, I found the glutinous rice layer to be too thick and dense. I prefer it when everything is mixed together because it's less compact and has a softer texture. I also remember having had versions with more varied fillings like green beans and bamboo shoots, but this restaurant's version is mostly meat filling.The cold mixed vegetables had a nice salty-sweet flavor and was appetizing, but a little oily.I forgot to take a picture of the xiaolongbao, but for a Wuhan-style noodle restaurant, they were pretty good. The skin was just a tad bit thick, and the filling was average in taste.It's difficult to find parking during meal times, but if you don't mind spending money, you can park at the Hilton parking lot next door for around $4.

Just stopped by with my friend. The prices are reasonable and the lady who works there nice ☺️. They have a VIP discount card. The food was ready in 10 mins literally 10 mins. It is small tho. There are many many restaurants around it.

I enjoyed their dry noodle with beef which was flavourful. Their hun with pork was pretty good. They offered gloves so we could eat at ease. Wished their sticky rice wrapped with tofu had more flavour. I ended up using the sauce from my beef noodle as a dipping sauce for the sticky rice. The cucumber cold dish was very tasty except the cucumbers were crushed too small.The waitress was very polite and I was impressed how she handled the front by herself and making food at the same time.Will be back for sure!

Wuhan noodle is an authentic non-westernized noodle shop which I appreciate quite a bit. I had the dry beef noodles and the sauce was quite good, however the beef may be a bit questionable. What I did think was really strange was the Sui Mai which were full of fried rice for some reason, I've never seen or heard of fried rice Sui Mai before and I have travelled in Asia extensively. The price for food is also pretty reasonable.Overall I would go back to the restaurant to try other things on their menu.
