Had to wait for quite a while to get our car window replaced when it was broken into.Apparently the delay because they had to wait for the parts needed to fix our window. In the meantime, they put plastic on the window.Once we got the car in, we had it back in 2 days.The work was awesome, and the guys in the office were super nice and very professional .

I have dealt with this shop on two separate occasions - in September 2022 and February 2023. During both instances, Luc Gendron was incredibly helpful throughout my experience from start to finish. To provide a bit of context, my car had its back windshield smashed and a bit of change had been taken from my centre console in early September, and I had contacted the Pembina Auto Body & Glass shop to take on the repairs. On the day I was supposed to bring my car in to be repaired, someone tried to steal it and ended up leaving it undrivable. This was my first experience with car damage to this magnitude in my life. Since it was about an hour away from my appointment, I contacted the shop to let them know that I would be unable to bring my car in. At the time I was feeling very overwhelmed - already leaving work late and suddenly my day had gotten a lot longer. Luc answered the phone when I called and he walked me through how to seek further support from MPI to get my car towed and receive an estimate on how much it would take to repair my car. He also worked with me to determine if his shop could still take on the job of repairing my car with the additional damage. Luckily, they were still able to take on the repair and contacted me at different milestones throughout the process (i.e. ordering parts, receiving them, installation) to keep me up to date on how much longer it would take. This speaks to only a portion of their character and work ethic as a business. I cannot recommend this shop enough. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use them!

I was so desperate since my car was hold in another repair shop for over 1 month as it got rear ended and they didn’t want to process my MPI claim, just kept promising. I called around to look for other services but everywhere is full. And Luc (the owner) completely saved our life at that point. Only after 1 week, I got my car back, and absolutely looked like we just bought it. Very highly recommended. Luc and Kyle are super nice, their service is excellent and prompt.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Customer service from day one was impeccable. Luc and the team made me feel comfortable with the entire process and outlined the next steps. As soon as the parts came in, they notified me immediately and scheduled my repair for the following day. They said it would take 1.5 days to complete and they were spot on. We coordinated a way for me to pick up the car after their shop closed and I was blown away. They replaced the front bumper and went on to details the entire vehicle. I’m blown away. There’s not enough good things I can say about these guys. Use their service with confidence.

This place was amazing to deal with. They replaced a windshield and a vandalized passenger window. They helped with the MPI claim and were very open with how the process worked. They were accurate with how long they said it would take and I had my car back within a day! I am taking my car back there for more work through MPI.

I had a fabulous experience here. I went in to have my back rear replaced from a collision. They are extremely prompt with responses, even after hours. Not only that, their customer service is phenomenal and they are extremely kind! When I went to get my car, the inside and outside was cleaned, and my windshield wiper rubber was also fixed. I will most definitely be coming back here for all my car needs. Thank you so much guys!!

Take my vehicle in for an MPI vandalism claim. The care I received was exceptional, not only did my car get fixed but they went above and beyond to make me happy. My car is good as new and clean. I would absolutely be using this shop again and would highly recommend their services.

So grateful for the prompt service and clear communication re: vehicle repairs we got done this past week. Kyle and the fantastic team at Pembina Autobody got our car back on the road while we waited for parts, got us in ASAP once the parts were available, and cleaned/vacuumed the car so it would be ready to go upon pickup.
