Truong is great! He replaced the swollen battery on my almost ten-year-old MacBook Pro and readjusted the track pad so everything works perfectly now. Even though this computer is old, I still use it every day, and am happy to be able to fix it rather than replace it.

Truong did a great job! He fixed my 2009 Macbook Pro in just a few days, and it's now functioning as well as it did when I first got it. I am really happy with his work, and I'm thrilled I don't have to buy a new computer when my old one works just fine! I'm a big fan of keeping electronics as long as possible, but I also need them to function well. Truong knew exactly what to do to make my Mac work again. Truong is the best! I thought my 2011 MacBook Air was on its last legs, but he breathed new life into it and it's running like new again (well, considerably better than new with all the updates he was able to install once the clogged memory was all cleared up)! He was able to do everything without touching any of my personal or work files, and worked around my considerably convoluted schedule. I had been having some issues with WiFi and Blutooth connectivity on my 13-inch Macbook Pro (2011) for about a month. I took it to Geek Squad, and they said they couldn't fix it. I took it to the Apple Store, and their wait time was over 2 hours just to look at the computer (not to mention their price quote was nearly $300 to fix the issue). He replaced my WiFi/Blutooth card without any hassle - within 15 minutes - and at a much lower cost than the Apple Store quoted. I highly recommend his expertise!"

My experience with IT Sage was excellent. I had two older model macbook pros with similar issues and Truong took a look at them with no charge for the diagnostic. After determining the issue was fairly expensive to fix and knowing that it wouldn't likely last long, he soundly advised me to not do the repair and proceeded to copy everything from my computer to an external hard drive to give me access to the files I lost when the machines unexpectedly broke down on me. Very personable and friendly, willing to offer truly sage advice with cost in mind.

Truong is a diamond in the rough, as we used to say. A pro at his work who comes to you and also enjoys the extra time taken to explain problems & solutions. For someone who doesn't seem to be in a hurry and has time to swap a story or two, he is also very fast once the problem is known. The diagnosis for both our Mac Book Pros was hard drive and disc-drive upgrades, accomplished basically overnight at his place except for one disc-drive that was replaced on our dining room table so we could see the process. He also thoroughly cleaned both machines when apart and was happy to lend advice on all questions. We thought the cost was more than reasonable. We are certainly glad to recommend Truong highly to anyone.

I didn't meet Truong himself but his service was excellent. He was quick to reply via email and set up a time to look at my Macbook with 24 hours. The price and time for the repairs was completely reasonable and totally different and far less what the Apple Store told me. He even cleaned my Mac and fixed the rubber feet for free! If you have a problem with an Apple computer that the Genius Bar wants to charge you to fix it, I seriously recommend coming to The IT Sage and getting a second opinion.

I usually don't write my experiences online, but I had to share my experience with Truong. One word. AMAZING!I contacted him on a Friday night desperate for help with my MacBook Pro that is 5 years old. He responded the next morning and said he could meet with me that afternoon. After discussing my issues with it, he said it sounded like the hard drive. He was able to run a few tests and determined that was so.He installed a new hard drive, updated my Mac to latest version and gave me more storage. He contacted me throughout the whole process and was super nice and friendly.The best part was that I could pick it up in less than a day and his prices were extremely reasonable!I cannot thank him enough for his amazing work and customer service. It now looks like I have a brand new, reliable computer!Thanks Truong!

One of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had! I got my computer back in 24 hours like he promised and Truong was so great with keeping me updated on what was being done to my computer!I 110% will recommend Truong to anyone with macbook problems!
