My experiences with Javier Diaz has been nothing short of incredible. He is the excellent mix of knowledge, skill, and empathy. He takes the time to listen to his clients and never seems to rush you as you share your experiences. You can tell he provides well thought out responses in ways that shows he has been listening. If he can’t provide the answer he ensures that he can refer you to someone who can. I have been provided excellent treatment plans that has progressed me along to an active and healthy life. I have been a patient of Ravi's for the last 10+ years. In that time not only has he resolved successfully my TMJ and neck strain issues but along my journey he has become a very good friend. Almost 30 years ago we had the great fortune to be referred by my doctor to Ravi regarding a painful back injury my son had suffered. We had tried several avenues without success and were fast losing hope as surgery seemed the only option left. Ravi immediately helped lessen our son’s pain, thoroughly assessed the problem and using acupuncture, physio and a holistic approach brought him back to good health.Since then both myself and my wife have seen Ravi for various problems (back, shoulders, knees, a jarring fall) always with excellent outcomes. Ravi is a very kind and caring person who believes in treating the whole person and is able to both reassure and encourage his patients as he expertly deals with the pain and processes needed to repair the injury. He works not only to correct the problem at hand but also suggests ways to prevent or minimize any recurrence in the future.Whenever we have had to call upon him he has always been there to help and heal as both our physiotherapist and now a friend. Over 30 years ago I had a crisis with sciatic Back pain. Ravi treated me for 3 months and the results were amazing. For years I never experienced back pain again. In September this year at the age of 85, I had a fall that resulted in another back issue. I was amazed to find Ravi was available to once again treat me. Now after 2 months I feel completely satisfied with the care and treatment I received from him. He is a very honest and compassionate man. I highly recommend his broad knowledge and expertise.

My family has known Ravi for over 40 years and I have had the privilege of knowing him for over 30 years as a patient and as well as a friend. Ravi is a caring, thoughtful, professional, passionate and wonderful man. He has cared for and treated myself, my parents, my sister and even my son.Not many people are as lucky as me to meet such an amazing individual at such a young age. From the very first time I met Ravi (with a devastating shoulder injury from hockey) he took me under his wing and made me feel like his own child and I have looked up to him ever since. I can not express how happy I am that I was referred to Javier! He really took the time to explain everything in detail as what was wrong with my back, and what he would be doing. I was very hesitant to try another Physiotherapist,as I had a bad experience. Javier made me feel comfortable and I walked out of his establishment feeling great! Dr Ravi has been treating me for several months and it was apparent from the start that he was not a conventional therapist. His mastery of acupuncture among other disciplines was obvious but it was his holistic approach that set him apart. He prides himself on treating the whole person and goes through painstaking lengths to fully understand the patient and is very thorough and transparent throughout the process. His 'bedside manner' takes customer service to a whole new level and the attention to detail helps to contribute to the healing process . Javier Diaz is thorough, attentive, and kind. He genuinely cares about his patients.He listens to you carefully, and is eager to help you in any way he can.I didn’t feel rushed, he demonstrated exercises to do at home, ensuring I was comfortable leaving with his instructions plus “how to” diagrams. I heard about Ravi from a hockey mom friend in the winter of 2015. I had a frozen shoulder from an unhealed injury sustained two years prior in a women’s hockey league. This friend raved about his knowledge and ability to get his patients back to their full strength and mobility after an injury. I could tell by her words that Ravi was special and had a different approach than I had experienced so far.The first time I met Ravi, he was gracious, professional, thorough, and honest. After examining it, he explained in detail what had gone wrong with my shoulder to get it to the state it was. Ravi told me exactly how he was going to fix my shoulder but said it would take extra time since it was frozen, and it would be painful. I had full confidence in his ability and treatment plan which included acupuncture to improve bloodflow and ease the pain. I was grateful for his honesty, relieved he didn’t offer a cortisone shot.It took five months and yes there was discomfort along the way, but week by week, Ravi encouraged me, all the while putting his incredible skills and knowledge to work with a level of kindness and care that I hadn’t experienced before. I could feel my shoulder changing and slowly returning to its normal function. I got mobility back in my shoulder and six years later it feels as great as it did the day Ravi finished treatments.I returned to Ravi a year later when I’d injured my other shoulder but because I came to see him right away, the length of treatment was much shorter. This past summer I returned to Ravi for a problem I was having with heel pain. With both injuries, again, I received the same amazing care, kindness, skill, and knowledge as I had the first day I saw him. Ravi’s commitment to his clients, his desire to see them well and moving with ease comes right from his heart. Thank you Ravi, I’m beyond grateful for all you have done for me.
