I was closing my CIBC account and Bella helped me! Super professional and friendly, and she explained everything to me clearly. It was hassle-free and done within a few minutes. Definitely would come back here again.

One of their tellers, Alex, was unbelievably unhelpful and kept making snarky, rude comments throughout the transaction. What should have taken 5 minutes as it usually does, took over 20 minutes. Very disappointed with this branch for hiring an unprofessional worker.

I went there once to transfer money from a savings account to a chequing account (since doing it online would cause a hold). I am with PC Financial, which according to the teller meant she could do nothing for me, despite my bank card saying issued by CIBC". A rather unpleasant interaction with the teller overall

I opened a bank account in this branch. One of the staff( Ms. Zhou) was knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. I assume that other staff would be the same as her, so I give 5 stars to this branch!

This is one of the best branches I’ve visited. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always try to help the customer a good solution. The wait time can be an issue sometimes but it is minimized if you choose low times like between classes, early in the morning or before they close (avoid lunch time).

The staff that work at this branch are amazing and always very helpful, but the wait times are ridiculous. On numerous occasions I have waited upwards of 15 minutes for a teller to become free, and there is often only one teller behind the desk. If you’re looking to deposit a foreign cheque or perform a transaction that requires talking to a human being I would not recommend this location unless you’ve got lots of time to spare.
