So my husband and I ended up in kind of a crummy situation. The landlord of the house we were renting defaulted on the property, and he midnight moved. The property was then sold, and the new owners did not want to keep tenants.We have had a run of bad luck with landlords with the past two rentals we had, so with some help from family, we decided to buy a home.We chose to use Matt DeCata as our realtor, and boy are we ever glad we did.Being a single family income with two young children, we were on a tight budget. That didn't intimidate Matt at all. He was up for the task of not only finding us a home with everything we want, but to find it on the slim budget we were on considering today's market, and he definitely delivered. When Mark first came through our house I didn't believe him when he said how much he could get us. Hello everyone. The Mark Maurer team are top notch.We had sold our house through a different agency. But our purchase on new home fell through due to seller. No fault of the agency. I had been on line looking for other homes before we were homeless. I had come across an ad and the agent attached Matt got in contact with me.
