Super friendly staff at this location and willing to work with you towards achieving your project goal at a fair price. Does not have all the stock as larger Rona centers however will order in what you're looking for. Also has a small garden center outside as well as lumber yard

Three staff members at front desk. We have 2 items to buy. A light bulb and a piece of fencing. Both items are not in stock. We get a shrug of the shoulders. No offering of trying to get them for us. Nothing not even a sorry. Not cool.

Okay, my previous scathing review was a little bit harsh. This place is certainly an oddball, it kind of seems like they don't really want your business. Mostly they are out of stock on almost everything and what they do have can be up to 3x the price of the same product at home hardware. Their lumber prices however seem to be more in line with neighboring communities at times when home hardware is charging exorbitant prices. Sometimes the lady seems abrupt on the phone but that might be a cultural thing that I was being insensitive to. The younger girl that works there is lovely.
