To put it bluntly this business has the worst communication I have ever seen. I have on multiple occasions now requested quotes for items. Each and every time they have not gotten back. The last time I requested a quote it was stated that there was something wrong with their email link. That was 3 years ago. So I ended up going to another location to the north to purchase my item. I recently requested another quote and again nothing. To be honest I am not sure how this business stays afloat with there horrid communication. Alas, will again shop elsewhere because with poor communication comes bad customer service. I can see if I had an issue with the product just how it would end. I do not recommend this place.

The service Manger is the most Ignorant man/woman i have ever Dealt with and has no clue what she is taking about the and is the most disrespectful person i have seen for someone that has to work with the public this was not the way to talk to someone that bought something from your company and she sent the Delivery driver and hour in wrong direction so my tractor was late but after they sent the right direction the Delivery driver showed up and spent the time to show me how everything works and was very nice and polite that was the only thing that went well with whole thing i would never buy another thing from them I will buy John deer from now on would not recommend buying anything from them

Called many times, cant reach anyone in the service department.When machine was finally serviced, didn't receive any phone call that it had been completed. Had to go there it had been sitting done for at least two days.When the machine was looked over multiple air filters were not changed on what was supposed to be full service.This has happened more than once.Will not be going back.
