Great set up for anyone looking for a satellite office. Seems pretty booked up and already has quite a few businesses. Not sure about the work stations if you're needing to be doing a lot of phone calls, but the open space and environment is great for everytbing else.

Ask Ocean about rates if you need a temporary office out in that end of town. Works great for our company for client meetings in the Westshore / Sooke are so they don't need to head into town.

There is no option for no stars" so i guess they get 1 lolLegacy apartments/coastal offices has by far the worst landlord and management going. Renters beware! Not even 3 year old building and out of about 70 units there are only 4 original tenants

Met with Coastal offices staff and asked to have 48 hours to review contract before committing and they agreed, not even 24 hours later they rented the unit I was interested in out from under me.
