Always closed. No bank tellers. Think that all banking matters can be dealt with through an ATM. Even the ATM’s aren’t available at all times. Joke

Don't come here if you need to do banking. They are just an advisor location not an actual walk into the bank and take care of your banking needs. I have been disappointed with CIBC time after time no matter what location. The ONLY location that knew what they are doing is in North Burnaby hastings location.

I have been coming to this branch for almost 4 years now. Mausheed, the manager, is super helpful. When ever I needed any help regarding my banking queries, she always accommodated me. She goes above and beyond to take care of her clients. All the staff is very friendly. Thank you for making my banking experience a pleasant one .

Best customer service ever. I have always felt welcome there. I used to do all banking IN BRANCH, because of how friendly the staff was. Recently they changed to all automated systems with no human interaction at all. That sucks.

Bought a house in August. Rimi Malhi (morgage broker) helped us. Communication was very poor after the first day or so. We can't complete the survey anymore because it expired. But we didn't want to do it until we had all the info we needed from her because we were giving her the benefit of the doubt that she might be busy. Send an email again on the 21st of September. No Communication at all from her end. We need to know how much coverage we have for our life insurance which is a pretty big deal. Most of our emails were like that, just no communication on her end. Very disappointing as all our banking is done through CIBC (vehicles, house etc).WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS MORGAGE BROKER TO BUY A HOUSE!!

not helpful, they don’t care about your needs and does not try hard enough to help, pls get better bank tellers shameful can not be trusted

This branch has been very helpful to us. Leave a message, we get a call back within minutes and they fulfill our needs. We are very happy here. Not our local branch as that one is a nightmare (Fleetwood) but worth the drive as this one is managed much better!
