We bought a new phone plan from the source and they were so accommodating and gave us every deal they could fit into the plan. We compared the price to rogers and Telus and it was way cheaper here and the service was amazing! Both Caleb and Harsimar were so pleasant and did everything they could to help us - no better place to buy a phone / electronics.

I got my new MSI Katana gaming laptop by Robin at the Source on an awesome deal. He was so kind, polite and knowledgeable of his suggestions! The store was really busy on a Saturday but he attended us and didn't stall us. Amazing display of Professionalism! Definitely visiting this store again.

I came to this store 2 days in a row. First time I came in for a cooling station for an Xbox.I usually look for a product myself and if I can’t find it, I’ll ask an associate.Not one employee looked up from their phone when I was in the store.I approached an employee asking about the product and they said immediately they didn’t have the product. I explained that it said they had inventory. He told me “must be a return”.Ok, fine. I then asked for them to check the SKU to actually determine if it’s a return or not.Sure enough, it was sitting on the shelf.Day 2.Came in for a controller, and this time I was greeted. I asked right away about the controller and was told “we don’t have it”. I said okay, it says you do. “Must be a return”. Is the answer I got AGAIN.And they told me to check game stop. There was no attempt to save me as a customer and check another location or anything like that. No attempt to check SKU for stock either.I am a service centre manager in retail. If my employees were like this, they would be talked to immediately about professionalism and customer service.Anyways. I won’t be back.
