Never had any issues at this location, awesome staff that are always very professional.

Poor management. Half the staff speaks broken English. Would not recommend banking here. Their call center “member hub” is not much better than the branch staff.

I had a VERY positive customer service experience and I'm gonna bore you with the details. This is NOT an advertisement, I just think credit should be given where credit is due. I went to BMO last week to deposit 2 US$ cheques. I hardly ever have US$ cheques, so it's not a regular thing, and I've been a BMO customer for decades, so I was so frustrated when they told me there would be a $5 service charge to deposit each cheque. As if they weren't already making enough profit off the exchange rate! Anyway, I wasn't delighted with this news, so I took my cheques and drove over to G&F Financial, which is the credit union where we have our mortgage. The customer service experience at G&F was NIGHT AND DAY compared to BMO. I was literally warmly welcomed immediately, the customer service guy (Hafez) grabbed a chair for me and cheerfully accommodated my deposit. There were no service fees. He just seemed genuinely happy to be able to help me. Needless to say, it is likely that we will move our $ from the big bank" to G&F. Excellent customer service is so wonderful and I sincerely appreciate it."

Service here is hit and miss.Fleetwood branch is much better.

Always cheerful and helpful. I like how US dollars are available in the ATM. Tyler has given us great advice and is quick to respond to questions.

Hung up on me during a simple enquiry. If you're not good with people, maybe consider employment that isn't customer service?
