Good quality pedicure, but manicure is not consistently good. Sometimes it is not done fully (lower part of nails not colored). Also, some of the staff can sometimes be a little aggressive and try to push their opinion without listening to what you have to say or how you want things done. Other staff are really friendly and nice. Overall it is good, with further improvement in service delivery, it could be great.

Not good at all tried them twice and it chipped off twice. They don't file the nails good or evenly and they're overpriced for no reason.

I've been going here for a few years and generally have an ok experience. Yesterday I had a shellac pedicure. The lady cut the skin around my toes 5 different times. The one cut was bleeding quite a lot so she had to use 2 different products to stop it bleeding. She seemed surprised when I kept pulling away due to the discomfort/pain. She then used a spray before doing the shellac which felt like it was burning in the cuts. She seemed surprised again that it was painful. My toes are sore today and inflamed. It was the worst pedicure I've had. I won't be returning.

Literally just left this store with questions in my head that why did I even pay tips when they treated my hand so violently?My pedi girl is very friendly and nice, but when it comes to this lady doing my mani, she’s just complaining and rushing the process. I had to constantly check her work for her to make sure she filed my nails properly. The mani process was so rushed that it actually hurt one of my fingers during the process, and it started bleeding after I left the store…I get it, it’s busy during this time, but I really felt there’s little to no service. The nails look nice but not the best experience for a not too cheap service.

Got dip powder/nail extensions removed and ended up getting bio-gel. I have somewhat thin nails to begin with, and usually get dip/extensions if they're short, but was convinced to go a different route.The removal process was... painful. I usually get the tips cut off and then the nail is soaked in acetone (or just soaked off if the nail isn't as long), as dip powder melts" off and then I get it filed with a drill. The first tech who removed the nails used a false nail tip to pop off the old dip & extension. I actually felt the false tip dig into my natural nail

Went their for the first time. My nail technician was nice but my nails didn't last a day. I got almond shaped french tips and the white tips are already peeling off... I don't think it's worth 65$.

I visited Pedi N Nails today for a pedicure for the first time. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The entire salon is very clean. Massage chairs are brand new. I found that the person doing my nails was professional and positive. I have one bad heel so I expected her to be rougher on it but she handled my foot gently and efficiently. I paid $30 cash and I will definitely go again. I would recommend this place to others. Note: there is a sign stating they recently went under new management. Appears to be a good move.
