Loukas is an honest hard working person. Highly recommend him and the services offered by SVSI. Loukas helped us get our security video system working, something that was very difficult to do without his knowledge and expertise. Would gladly call them again for future work.

We had SVSI install video surveillance at our home a few years ago and have never had any problems. Just had them in to clean all cameras and complete cleaning/maintenance on the entire system. Staff are super friendly and Loukas was amazing to deal with for the home maintenance. Highly recommend.

I first met Loukas and his Dad about 3 yrs ago when they came to install my cameras and they had been nothing but a pleasure to work with.l have called SVSI at various times over the last few years and they had always promptly sent someone with 24 hrs to fix the problem.I have had problems with my Shaw router being changed numerous times and after a while, my cameras stopped working (through no fault of SVSI)Loukas and crew came to my house and tried all different things at different times until he got my cameras working again and only charged for half of the time he used working on my cameras.SVSI are an amazing crew and Loukas will keep working on a problem until he finds a solution, and their price is extremely reasonable as well.Thanks again Loukas for taking time out of your busy schedule fix my cameras.

Have used them twice. First time to fix issues with our security camera system. They were knowledgeable and got to the root of the probably quickly and had us back up and running with functionality that didn't work previously. Second time went with them first. They helped plan the camera setup and did a great job installing and setting up the system, and taking the time to ensure we could access the cameras remotely. Very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They did an excellent job and didn't leave until everything was complete, including dealing with our IT folks. They got the install done quickly as well. Awesome company.

SVSI installed an alarm system and outdoor security cameras in our home. The team was very professional and detailed. The installation was clean and efficient. They took the time to teach us all the features and how to use everything. The positions of the cameras provide excellent viewing of the outside our of home and area. The alarm system is very advanced and integrated. Through the alarm system we are able to control the alarm and a variety of light switches from our phones and we able to monitor the cameras from our mobile devices. We are extremely happy with the service and SVSI has always be able to help us should we have any questions. Their service is hands down the best we have ever experienced and we are very glad we chose SVSI for our security needs. Would highly recommend SVSI to anyone.

We brought in SVSi to install security cameras around the exterior of our community association building and couldn't be happier!We were using ring cameras, but they were problematic due to cold weather and connection issues, so we decided to upgrade to a hardwired system. After explaining our situation and our goals to the rep from SVSi, he talked us through some of the options they could do for us in language we could understand. The whole quoting process was super easy, very low pressure and they sent us a quote a couple days later with a few options outlined, so we could compare pricing on the different hardware offered (and explained the pros and cons of the different options, like comparing camera megapixels and explaining how the higher channel system left us room to add cameras without having to upgrade down the road). We even got to pick the camera housing colors so they would fit into the exterior color scheme better.Install started super quick and they were really accommodating to work around our office hours, plus the install guys were really polite and did their very best to not be disruptive to our office staff or building users. I believe it took 4 days to install the system, run all the cables and get the system online, which was far quicker than we had expected. We also love that they put up stickers on the doors and signs to notify people of the cameras.Once it was up and running, the Rep met with us on site to teach us how to operate the system and even helped us get the app installed on our phones so we can remotely view the cameras.We're so thrilled with the work, the quality of the system and even the price that we are already looking to expand the system with a few more cameras to cover our parking lot.We would absolutely recommend SVSi if you're in the market for cameras!

Professional, knowledgeable and Top Notch Service!After my neighbor's home, and my son's car, were broken into within the same week, I decided it was time to get an alarm and camera surveillance system installed. Not knowing much about these systems, I searched Google and decided to check out Secure Video Surveillance Inc. (SVSi)". They have a 5 star rating for good reason. The quality of the equipment they sell is far better than anything you can purchase on your own from any of the big box stores. The installation of the cameras and placement of the alarm sensors was done based on Chris and Loukas' expert experience in the security industry.
