Very rude and aggressive staff and terrible chef attitude. Would never return or recommend anyone to support this business. Made my daughter cry and feel threatened, honestly, please go anywhere else.

Same song on repeat for 2h. Waitress said we were boring when we refused to drink alcool. Food was ok but over priced. Will not go back

Ms. Samorn still cooking everything by herself, I would confidently say one of the top Thai restaurant in Ottawa, for people that have travelled obviously the food is adjusted to local taste ie. Less spicy...but still authentic. The all you can eat option gives you a great way to sample many great dishes. Restaurant is clean and well decorated. Service was excellent but mind you it was a quiet night. Highly recommend.

It doesn't look like much but the food and service were incredible! Friendly staff who welcomed us even though it was close to closing. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Best of all, not too salty which is often the case with Thai food. Definitely recommend.

I’ve never tasted pad Thai and curry anywhere else that’s this amazing! Everything is so flavourful and the pad Thai was perfect, not too dry and not liquidy. I am obsessed with this place, I can eat there food everyday. I definitely recommend this place!! The atmosphere is also really romantic/classy and nice vibes too!

The menu boasted an extensive selection of dishes, and we eagerly ventured into a delightful gastronomic journey.From the very first bite, we knew we had stumbled upon something extraordinary. The food at La Maison Smorn is simply outstanding. Each dish we tried surpassed our expectations, leaving us craving for more. Hands down, the best Thai food in Ottawa-Gatineau! Well worth a visit. Plenty of variety and with the a la carte buffet, you can sample several dishes. The service is excellent. The Pad Thai is my favorite but so are many other dishes. Plenty of veggie options as well.

Service was very rude and unwelcoming. I would not expect anything like this from any restaurant, especially in this price range. Server pretty much banged the plates on the table, gave us dirty looks, gave us attitude when we asked for the AYCE menu and ordered a bottle of wine, was very unpleasant throughout even though we had an elderly person in our party. Have not experienced rudeness like this from a restaurant anywhere in years. In fairness the food is really good. I used to recommend this restaurant highly, but no more. There are plenty of other options where servers have at least some basic manners.
