EASA PART 66 ACADEMY
TERRIBLE customer service!!! I bought whole set of B1 category licence study books from this company. Books of Modules 05 and 10 were old versions thou all book should have been latest versions available and book of Module 07A they sent me was B2-licence book not B1 as it should have been in this set of B1 books. Only replacement they offered me was to buy ebooks with 40% discount from their webshop so they could earn more mobey from me. But why i have to pay extra for their mistakes?! Self-respectful company that respects also their customers accepts mistakes they made and offer replacement for free, but not this company. SHAME!!!

I never received a book, nor a tracking number, nor a response from customer support. Thankfully I ordered only 1 book to test how this will work.
