I like their services. Very efficient, quick and reasonable price. Location is great too.The only catch is the opening hours. They open after 11 AM till 6 PM. And weekend is closed

I brought my broken laptop and the staff took the time to diagnose my problem and fix it within a day! Same with my broken iPhone which was fixed the same day. They really know what they're doing and gave personal attention to my needs when setting up a new PC

This place is best for deals what you can't get in big box stores. Very helpful and kind understanding customer needs and providing configuration in hours. It's very challenging during covid times that most parts and orders are not available. These guys have made every effort to get parts and accessories from other vendor at no additional cost.

I returned back to Arco after a few years to get my laptop upgraded and serviced. As in the past Riz was great. He took the time to not only understand what I needed help with but gave me options and the pros and cons on everything. He did not try to push me on buying new hardware but repaired and upgraded my existing one. Good and pleasant customer service and reasonably priced. Very satisfied
