Kingwave Flooring

I meant to send this months ago. I'm from out of town and was coming into Pearson Airport. I called Kingwave before my trip and gave my arrival time and was told they would be open still so I wouldn't have to make a 7 hour round trip later to get my flooring. My flight was delayed and I kept calling to say I'm late but I'm still coming. Now in short, She (I won't use names) stayed more than a half hour after closing, wrote it up, and He helped me fully load my vehicle.This more than makes up for any past minor situations that may have occurred. Stellar performance.

Most upsetting customer service, ever. Don't waste your time.Entered the store with two employees at their desk, no greetings as if they didn't notice us, the Asian employee was clearly having fun talking with her guy friend. Browsed the area and liked a Laminate, still no response from the employee. Little while longer my brother arrives to finalize a Laminate we liked, still no response from the employee. Then my brother asks one of the employee to help us with the Laminate (price, quantity available, etc) and the Asian employee decides to help because she is the boss, at least she acted. The 3 questions we asked was answered with the most unsettling attitude, eye rolling, and annoyance. For our last question she said she needs to check" the other warehouse because they might have the Laminates. After 10-15 min we realized she was not getting back to us

I was in the market for getting my floors done on the Bedroom level, after a few quotes I returned to Kingwave flooring in Mississauga. There is a high level of professionalism from the time I stepped into the store to the point where the floors were installed. I've used them before for my main floor and was happy to go back years later! Great job Kingwave Mississauga! I will highly recommend you to my friends and family. A side note to the Husband and Wife installer team! They were both absolutely fantastic!

Kingswave Flooring does very good work at a super competitive price. Their installers are very professional, extremely quick and do quality work. Bill is also great to work with and is very accommodating and easy to coordinate with. Would highly recommend!

I have bought hardwood floors from a few places for the century home and always ended up coming back to Kingwave Flooring. We have 5 units with moghagany hardwoods from Kingwave and very happy with the looks.They have a huge selection of flooring to choose from. Beautiful showroom that displays all their merchandise. Great staffs. Their prices are incredibly fair. Worth the investment in upgrading or building a brand new place with their flooring.I preferred this location over their other 2 locations, easier to get to.Here are the hardwood floors for the 2 bedrooms unit.

Super place for all thor flooring needs. Really nice staff. STELLA was spectacular & helped us select flooring for our house and basement....Visited 3 other stores including crown. But kingwave had the best presentation and above all the assistance in selection process was the best part. Superb customer service by STELLA and Team..

Just got floors and stairs redone. Very reasonablely priced and great communication throughout the process. Contractor was professional, end product looks great. I'd recommend their service.

I would give them o star but unfortunately 1 is the minimum i can choose.I have purchased trims and moulding from this location in the past without issues or complaints, however it all has changed. I purchased some baseboards and quarter round a week ago, the quality of product is not good at all, when I asked the person in the ware house if they would replace the defective ones, she said NO, she said those were manufacture issues. I calmly check piece by piece to make sure they were in decent condition and had her replace the broken/unfinished ones.I returned to the same location today May 02, 2022 to purchased some baseboards, I paid for the product and drove to the back of the store to pick the merchandise, when I got there I asked the lady to open the packages as I did not want to have surprises, cuz I know there is no quality in their product anymore , when I opened the 1 package found 3 pieces out of 6 with defects and /or broken, I asked her to replace them and she got really upset, rude and she started talking in another language, she basically kicked me out of the premises and offer to give me a refund and told me not to return there anymore , she did not want to open any other package. When I asked to speak with the manager she refused to call him or even give me his/her name.Honestly is very disappointing to deal with businesses that do not care about the customers and offer no warranty for their product.

Worst customer service ever! Made promises and never came through on them!
