I went there Thursday 3/18 to purchase gas and lotto ticket but I was asked to produce an id to purchase the ticket, even tho I am 45 and I very much so look it!!! When I asked the cashier as to why? the older gentleman who appeared to be the manager behind the counter told me if I looked 40 or older they don't ask for identification to purchase a lotto ticket! That's when I realized I was being discriminated against and humiliated on purpose, so I decided to walk away. Made me feel like a victim, shame on you.

The old guy working at the counter is ridiculous. Yesterday morning after buying a coffee at the Tim’s inside, I wanted to buy a lotto ticket. I went to the counter and asked for one and he looks me up and down and asks for ID. I’m almost 40 years old, I’m not a high school student, you only need to be 18 to buy lotto, so asked him if he’s serious. I’m obviously well over 18. Anyway I produce the ID and questioned him as to why and he said I look “Too young”. Today I went back again to grab a coffee and a lotto ticket. Once again I get the same treatment. I asked, “Don’t you remember, we just went through this yesterday morning…” The guy obviously remembered me. If I were 19 or even early 20’s, I get it, but come on, I’m unmistakably way older than that… There’s no common sense being deployed here whatsoever. You just lost a new customer who moved to this area due to this guy…

Overnight service is lacking. I'm a regular there and yet I'm always treated by surly cashiers every time. I have worked overnights myself so I understand but at least fake like you wanna be there...

Very convenient. Fuel prices are competitive and the staff are very friendly!

Can your counter attendant at least pretend customers matter. Juggling personal calls while dealing with paying customers is a challenge I'm sure. We can easily spend our money elsewhere.

For lotto buyers, warning! The cashier will randomly check your ID for lotto purchase, although you might be well over 40. Basic judgement is absent in this convenience store unfortunately. I have never had any experience like this in my lotto purchase history!

I was in this location that have a time horton coffee shop inside but no washroom attendant was say it is our change room it is wrong to lie to your customers gas station need washroom plusyou your location with coffee shope shame on .

SUB-STANDARD CAR WASH! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.I just had my car washed at 150 Dupont St, Esso. This is the first time that I have been to the place. The car wash cost me $15.81, including tax; they call it 'standard' level. Literally, only the top half of my car was washed. The bottom half was still dirty!THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT I WILL USE THIS PLACE.

Every time I try to go here late, there’s a sign on the door that says “we will be back 5 min.” I usually give up after 30 min.Just adding to this. That “we will come back 5 min” sign is literally on the locked door all night, every night. I hope management knows they’re paying staff to sit in the back. I’ve come by every night this week. Same sign. It’s actually hilarious.I’m going to try this at work. See if I can get away with it too.Great place this is.
