Valley Evergreen Pharmacy

Store/pharmacy already old as it is but customer service was atrocious. Was asking about seniors' products but guess if I wasn't ready to buy, shame.....

Very knowledgeable and helpful, kind staff. I absolutely love coming here whenever I'm in need. They know exactly what you need when you are in distress. They also can answer any health issues you have with your current medications. Absolutely astonishing service and it has become my preferred home Pharmacy.

Went to Evergreen to find a product only available at this kind of Pharmacy walked into the store before I could get to the section I was looking for had a lady ask if she could help. I said yes looking for this product she took me to the section promptly showed me my options I found what I was looking for ready to go pay for it she says go talk to pharmacist I may get it for less on pharmacare. Wasn't up to my pharmacare deductible so no savings but I was most impressed with the service and the effort to save me money by staff while looking around I witnessed this action several times .Lots of specialty items here great service will be back. I can not say enough about the staff in this pharmacy. The are knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't have got through the last few years with out them.

Bought knee brace where size was different on the box than on their receipt. It was way to big but I could not return it. Furthermore It came in a box which had at least been opened 50 times judged by the damage on the box and the size was hand written all over the box, evidence that many more customers have complained about the size. Checked the internet about the reviews of this product but the number on the box is not existing on this made in CHINA product sold under the BODY GLOVE brand name. Will not go there again. Walmart has better service, or better yet find high quality on Amazon. I regret that no more negative feedback could be given than 1 star. Store like this should be government inspected an second hand stuf should not be sold.
