I have been doing business with Spectralab for nearly 6 years now. Great knowledgeable and professional technical team. One time I had a issue with our GCMS system, it takes months to get the manufacture people to fix the issue and they managed to get it done within 2 weeks. We then decided to purchased our triple quad MS , dissolution, uvvis from them, everything works perfectly fine until today. we had minor issues on the uvvis during the warranty but they offered us replacement. I highly recommend Spectralab Scientifc Inc as a used equipment vendor.Cheers from E-fin lab

BEWARE OF SPECTRALAB SCIENTIFIC. We purchased an Agilent 6890 GC with dual ECD in 2019. They shipped with only 1 ECD and the other was back-ordered from Agilent. We could not use instrument until the 2nd ECD arrived 2 months later. Once we started validating the instrument, the original ECD started degrading to the point it was unusable. No actual samples were even analyzed! We contacted SpectraLab and received no response for 2 weeks and were finally told that the ECD was a consumable item and not subject to their 1-year warranty. They also said it must have been operator error without ever evaluating the instrument which means they never intended to honor their warranty! I will never buy from them again.

We bought 2 pieces of instruments from this company, and both of them got problem within 6 months of delivery. The HPLC was shipped to us with a broken BUS/LACE card, so we had to spend another $800 to buy additional card. The UV spectrophotometer with the temperature controller just couldn't perform as they claimed. There was no precise temperature controlling at all, and the result was so unpredictable. So disappointed with the quality. DON'T BUY!

Our lab bought Agilent LC-MS 2 years ago from Spectralab Scientific. Still up and running perfectly. Their after sale support is phenomenal. Will repeat again. If you want to give the company call, I high recommend to talk with Sarena. She is really really friendly!

Purchased an agilent source through them. It was not packed properly so the nebulizer tip came damaged. I sent them a photo of the damaged piece the same day it arrived. They insisted it was packed properly and blamed me for the damage. After posting this review the manager reached out and him and I came to an agreement that was generous in my opinion. I am glad they are making it right.My best guess for what happened during shipping is that the screws that secure the nebulizer weren't tightened down well enough and after being shaken around the nebulizer came loose. When I opened the box I found the nebulizer underneath the source in contact with the aluminum cover. I assume the tip of the nebulizer bounced into that cover enough times during shipping to damage the tip. You can view them in the attached images. Hopefully they take this seriously and make sure this doesn't happen to other customers.

I've ordered a shaker incubator. Before shipping, they tested the unit and realized it was malfunctioning. They ordered in some parts and try their best to fix it. Unfortunately, they couldn't and offered me a better unit at the same price. It took me longer than expected to get it but they were quick to respond and very professional. Again, unlike other used reseller, they test their unit before shipping. Thanks to Chris and Kathlyn. You guys are the best! Cheers!

SpectraLab Scientific fully deserves more than 5 stars! I have been dealing with the company for several years and purchased many pieces of analytical equipment including GC/MS, HPLC, BET Porosimeter, MicroGCs, shaker incubator, balances, and more. Not only the service and support has been outstanding, but also prompt and courteous. Being part of a University lab and having often limited resources, we have been recently blessed by the generous donation by Jack of a major piece of equipment worth several thousands of dollars! We are incredibly grateful for this!!!

I purchased a refurbished ELSD to use with an old HPLC system we already had. The technician was incredibly helpful in providing support as we worked to connect all of the components and get them communicating with each other and the software, which turned out to be a bit more involved than originally anticipated. Highly recommend!

My first experience with SpectraLab Scientific was the purchase of a pair of used, as-is gas generators. I had an issue with the transaction and it was brought to the attention of management. SpectraLab offered a suitable option that satisfied me, then went above and beyond in their efforts to correct the situation. I am a happy customer, will return to do more business with them, and can encourage others to do the same.

SpectraLab offers a huge inventory of equipment that they customize into exactly what you need for competitive prices. We were able to source a Thermo Vanquish HPLC with a CAD detector and later upgraded it with a UV detector. We have been successfully using it for the last year and have received product support during that time. SpectraLab is very responsive and will discuss your equipment needs. I can only recommend!
