Great experience on every level! The owner comes out to do the quote, is onsite when the job is being done, and comes out again when payment is made and does a final walkaround to inspect the roof, and property for nails and debris.The quote was submitted in a timely manner, and was very competitive compared to our other quotes.Workmanship is excellent. The workers are courteous and efficient. A 5 star review to be sure!

Reached out to three roofers in this area to get a quote for roofing re-install for our home. Ken was the quickest to respond, had the most comprehensive folder/documentation that outlined various GAF products and how they're used. Ken was also the most responsive and most flexible with respect to scheduling an install.Ken also made multiple trips to drop sample singles for us so we could pick color, did a walkthrough of our neighborhood to check if any of the houses nearby had installed the colors that we're leaning towards so we could get a better idea.I had three quotes and ultimately decided to with Ken and team because of Ken's responsiveness (both in-person visits as well as over texts) and flexibility. The roofing team was also very friendly, prompt and respectful. After the job, they did a very good clean of the outdoor area on both days and left the exterior of the house in the same condition as before the install.Highly recommend Ken and team at Quality Care Roofing!

Ken and his team worked very well together and consequently the work in replacing our roof went efficiently, professionally, competently and by paying attention to detail the completed installation was everything we hoped it would be. Ken and his team were fantastic to work with. We had a leak in our attic and figured it was time to just get a new roof. Ken was incredibly responsive and his crew doesn’t mess around. They were done in a day and did a great job cleaning up this mess would definitely recommend.

Quality care was one of the best contractors I've ever called. He promptly got back to me and was able to make the work make sense for someone who doesn't know . We called for a new roof but Kacey was able to help with the problem and repair rather then just charge me for a new one.
