Been trying to call as you billed me for something, no longer have a tank with you guys.... 4th time trying and all over an hour wait on hold. Terrible customer service!!!

Disappointing experience with Superior. Couldn’t provide a delivery appointment, and suggested I leave my properly unlocked and open for up to two weeks.Delivery driver showed up unannounced and because my fence gate was closed he couldn’t deliver. Somehow the delivery driver couldn’t call me, or knock on the front door but could communicate with his dispatch center.Update: Superior customer service contacted me and are working on a resolution.
