I just had my watch's battery replaced and also this is my first coming to this store,Im so glad I did eventhough I live in Streamwood. I dont mind driving for a good 20 mins. it was all worth it,I was literally in and out I waited for like 5mins for my watch's battery to be replaced.It cost me $15.00 the last time I had my battery replaced at the jeweler in Woodfield Mall they charged me $35.00.Thank you so much for doing a great job at a very affordable price.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very helpful customer service. We took in 2 cuckoo clocks and one 45-yr-old Elgin wall clock. The person helping us examined the mechanisms and gave honest assessment of what could be fixed and for what price. Much more affordable than what we expected, especially since these clocks have sentimental value for us.Wait time for repair will be 3-4 months, a combination of the workload they have and the difficulty in finding certain parts. Well worth the wait!

Jason cleaned and set up my Howard Miller grandfather clock. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the mechanics of my clock. He pointed out a worn area and explained how that could affect future operations. I was very pleased with his work and highly recommend him and Elgin Clock Repair.

Excellent service! Had a family heirloom clock rebuilt several years ago and it is operating perfectly. Just dropped off a different antique clock and received a prompt estimate. They will also be repairing this clock. Highly recommend, honest, professional, knowledgeable and very skilled.

This is a very, very good shop. They are competent, professional and honest. They have fixed a couple of my watches and done battery replacements. Although they focus on grandfather clocks and wall clocks, they can also do basic fixes for your watch/ pocket watch.
