Karen has been beyond amazing to work with. Very communicative and goes over and above to help out. The products that I have created with her have been fantastic as well and her dogs are very sweet (the best greeters I have come across). Definitely my go to for any promotional products/marketing products I need going forward!

Allegra is great! They have been the primary printing/design company for the company I work for for years. Their graphic designers are skilled, and use quality products for printing. I used them personally for my wedding invitations and I couldn't have been happier about the final product! They are easy to work with and provide a great service. Also.. their office dogs are adorable!

The team at Allegra continues to exceed our expectations with each new project. Most of our programs are time sensitive, and our designs are not forwarded until the very last minute. This can cause major problems for turnaround expectations, however Donna and the team at Allegra have never let us down. I would highly recommend Allegra not only for their great service, but for the quality of work that is received.

In September our company spoke with Karen Grassick, the CEO of Allegra Halton and made arrangements for Feather Flags. However in the middle of things we were handed off to Lyndsay Riches as Karen left suddenly for vacation.We were about to close the deal with Lyndsay when she decides not to respond to us for over a week and after two emails Karen finally responds that she will be taking over once more.The whole process was a mess and when we received our Feather Flags they could barely stay upright in the wind. We contacted Karen again for help and she made promises to contact us and visit us on site to see the flags in person. Needless to say that she did not. Karen has not responded to any of our phone calls and emails in the past 2.5 months.I would not recommend offering your business to Allegra Halton as they have no care for your satisfaction after having received payment. This has been nothing but a headache and money wasted.--In response to the reply to my review:Yes alternatives and options were promised but still Allegra and team had still decided to not respond to all 8 of our calls and to any of our emails from different staff. Showing you care means more than just words.

Allegra Burlington provided very good printing service and reasonable price. The whole experience from getting a Quote to receiving finished product was very smooth. Will definitely reach out to Allegra for their services in future.
